Ted Heeren
Ted Heeren is founder and creative director at Fresh Produce, a creative practice established in 2004 focused on brand design and storytelling. In addition to work at Fresh Produce, Ted founded Rock Garden Tour, a radio and television show that celebrates place by combining gardening and rock-n-roll. Since debuting the show in 1999 he’s produced hundreds of shows and podcasts, and has played on stages across the region. Ted has also taught advertising and creative process at South Dakota State University, and was honored as distinguished alumni of the Journalism and Mass Communications Department in 2014.

Bill Esteb
In 2004 Bill co-founded Perfect Patients, an interactive website service which manages the online reputations of several thousand chiropractors in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
He is the author of 12 books that explore the doctor/patient relationship from a patient’s point of view. His weekly blog posts at PatientMedia.com and Monday Morning Motivation emails are ways he shares his insights as a chiropractic patient and advocate.
When he isn’t writing about chiropractic or speaking about chiropractic, he can be found thinking about chiropractic—from a patient’s point of view.
