Dr. Douglas Sea is the Director of Coaching at SIDECAR. As one of the industry’s best “Blockers and Tacklers,” he understands and thrives on helping doctors achieve their practice dreams by transforming office operational systems.
Dr. Sea is a co-founder and managing partner of SIDECAR, home of the world’s leading business training system: SIDECAR Overdrive. Prior to retiring in 2012, Dr. Sea celebrated 27 years in chiropractic practice.

In his spare time, Dr. Sea enjoys playing tennis and pheasant hunting. He spends his winters in Florida and summers at his family’s cabin near Mt. Rushmore. Dr. Sea and his wife, Liz, have three grown children and several grandchildren.
