After working as an associate chiropractor in Cincinnati, Ohio, for ten years, Dr. Roediger decided to go out on his own. A friend referred him to Dr. Frank Sovinsky (then DC Mentors). The connection to Dr. Sovinsky resonated naturally. Even before knowing where Dr. Roediger was to open his business, Dr. Sovinsky began coaching on a personal level. Dr. Roediger and his then-girlfriend, Sharon, had to formulate a plan and commitment to each other because, as Dr. Sovinsky explained, “every business is a family business.”
In 2002, Roediger Chiropractic was born, utilizing the now SIDECAR coaches, Dr. Sea, Dr. Thackeray, Dr. Sovinsky, and the SIDECAR fundamentals and systems. Because Dr. Roediger didn’t want to reinvent the wheel, he followed the SIDECAR office flow and design system from the very beginning. This gives the patient the best experience while in the office and the SIDECAR systems to work as designed.
Over the past 20 years with SIDECAR, Dr. Roediger has seen growth in his business, personal development, and increase in his community.
