Fess up to fend off frustration

Many of us deal with a sense that we can’t seem to make needed change.

That may manifest in your business, your physical fitness, psychological strain or personal relationships.

In today’s blog, Dr. Nathan Unruh says people often say they are frustrated with this inability to make changes, to fix things in their life.

That frustration is often a signal that we’re not being honest with ourselves. We’re keeping secrets or generally not acknowledging reality.

Personal honesty is a predictor of change.

Transparency creates transformation.

What’s holding you back?

Think about that as you listen to today’s message.

Have a great day and a great week.
